- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Train staff on billing processes and software updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience required
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certification preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and NextGen billing systems
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Strong analytical skills with 98% accuracy in data entry
- Ability to manage high-volume accounts receivable
- Exceptional communication skills for patient/provider interactions
