- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and pricing strategies
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lead monthly audits and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years in medical or commercial billing
- Expertise in ICD-10/CPT coding and CMS regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel VLOOKUP
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Proven ability to reduce A/R by 15%+ quarterly
