As a Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing accounts receivable, processing invoices, and resolving billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients and patients accurately and on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Investigate and resolve billing errors, discrepancies, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate billing records in the ERP system (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or equivalent).
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly collections reports to management.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Administration (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, collections, or medical coding.
- Proficiency with billing software and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
