- Generate monthly financial reports for executive leadership review
- Optimize billing workflows using Salesforce and NetSuite platforms
- Train junior staff on compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/receivables management in regulated finance sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with AR aging reports and collections
