- Collaborate with collections team on delinquent account resolution strategies
- Implement process improvements reducing claim denials by 15% quarterly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Expertise in Epic Resolute and Centricity Practice EMR platforms
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with pivot table and VLOOKUP capabilities
- Proven track record of reducing A/R days by 20%+ in previous roles
- Strong knowledge of Georgia Medicaid and Blue Cross Blue Shield policies
