Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming invoices and billing requests with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and outstanding balances on a weekly basis.
- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Update and maintain accurate billing records and financial databases.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and audit documentation.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role.
