Responsibilities
- Process and submit insurance claims with 99% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies through meticulous account reconciliation
- Communicate effectively with patients and insurance providers
- Utilize Epic EMR systems for coding and documentation
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports for leadership
- Train new staff on billing protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience (CPC/CPC-A certified preferred)
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and NextGen practice management systems
- Deep knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and HIPAA regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with AR aging reports and denial management
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
