Responsibilities
- Generate and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor and post payments, ensuring all accounts are reconciled daily.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly.
- Manage the accounts receivable aging report and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and efficiency.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all billing transactions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and billing best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
