- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams on contract terms and revenue recognition
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze trends for leadership
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Salesforce billing modules
- Conduct quarterly audits to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/revenue cycle management experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- SAP or Salesforce billing certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience handling high-volume transactions ($1M+ monthly)
