Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and contracts
- Manage accounts receivable collections and aging reports
- Resolve billing discrepancies through client communication
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and billing schedules
- Generate monthly billing reports for financial review
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
- Optimize billing processes using ERP systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Texas sales tax regulations
- CPA or accounting certification a plus
