Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and data entry.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure timely payment of all invoices while maintaining strong vendor relationships and payment terms.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to resolve billing and payment issues.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle high-volume transactions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
