Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements with precision
- Maintain accurate AP records in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contracts and terms
- Conduct month-end closing activities and AP audits
- Optimize payment processing workflows to reduce costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with 1099 processing and tax compliance
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
