- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Lead audit preparation processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and documentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Optimize financial processes using advanced ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a remote environment
