As a key member of our night shift team, you will ensure the integrity of our financial data while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily general ledger activities and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Perform complex account reconciliations, including bank and credit card statements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes during off-hours.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow and budgeting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (typically 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
