Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements
- Lead month-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Manage complex multi-state tax filings and audits
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models
- Oversee accounts payable/reconciliation processes
- Mentor junior accounting staff
- Optimize accounting workflows using NetSuite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years public accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and SEC reporting
- Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization skills
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Strong audit management background
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
