Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements with precision.
- Process payroll and manage tax filings to ensure full compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Perform variance analysis and assist with budget preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to GAAP standards.
- Communicate financial discrepancies to the finance team immediately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required).
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
