Job Summary
In this role, you will manage the financial records of our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our business partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently to ensure timely weekly payments.
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing requirements.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial inquiries and reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
