Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accurate accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal tax regulations and filings.
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and financial reviews.
- Process payroll and handle general ledger entries with precision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Proven experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax laws.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
