Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions for taxes, benefits, and child support
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings (941, 940, state quarterly reports)
- Manage new hire onboarding for payroll data collection and verification
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through auditing and reconciliation
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations
- Generate payroll reports for management and auditors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience using ADP or similar systems
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (vlookup/pivot tables)
- Familiarity with Colorado labor laws and tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with 100% accuracy rate
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
