Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions for taxes, benefits, and child support
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and HR partners
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2 statements
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, federal/state tax laws, and garnishment rules
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proven problem-solving abilities in payroll reconciliation
