Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate invoices to 500+ B2B clients
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage credit card processing and ACH transactions
- Generate monthly financial reports and aging analyses
- Collaborate with sales team on billing inquiries and disputes
- Implement process improvements for billing efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX and PCI-DSS regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Experience with SaaS billing models
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) a plus
