Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate invoices to clients within established timelines
- Manage accounts receivable collections and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile billing data with accounting systems to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing-related inquiries
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze trends for leadership
- Update and maintain client billing information in CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with internal billing policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar billing software
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table and formula expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) certification a plus
