Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles including invoice generation, processing, and reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues promptly
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate chargeback documentation
- Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA/FAR) if applicable
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to improve cash flow
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data entry and reporting
- Train staff on billing procedures and compliance updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing experience in healthcare or B2B finance
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and MS Office Suite
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AR management and collections processes
