- Implement billing compliance protocols per HIPAA/AMA guidelines
- Train junior staff on billing software and best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in a hospital/clinic setting
- Expertise in Epic EMR and Medisoft billing systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Proven track record of reducing claim denial rates by 20%+
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
