Responsibilities
- Process and post invoices accurately and timely within the billing cycle using our ERP system (SAP/NetSuite).
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable, ensuring all outstanding balances are collected according to company policy.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing discrepancies, invoices, and payment methods professionally.
- Generate and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and assist in the collections process.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve billing issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and financial data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with billing software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
