Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple client accounts
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with clients and internal teams
- Generate monthly financial reports and aging statements for management review
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure contract compliance

- Maintain accurate customer account records in ERP systems

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience handling high-volume transaction processing
- Certification in Billing Management (CBM) or equivalent preferred
