Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 200+ employees using ADP payroll system
- Calculate and reconcile garnishments, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees
- Support year-end tax filings and W-2 distribution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience required
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficient in Excel and payroll software
- Strong understanding of FLSA, IRS, and TN labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
