Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies with GL accounts quarterly
- Generate year-end W-2s and 1099 forms for compliance
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframe
- Maintain confidential employee records per DOL regulations
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep understanding of FLSA, DOL, and IRS compliance
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
