Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws (CA, FL, NY)
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Onboard new hires with payroll documentation
- Collaborate with HR on time-off tracking and adjustments
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience (ADP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- California payroll certification (CPP or FPC)
- Knowledge of FLSA, EDD, and IRS regulations
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
