Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify and reconcile timekeeping data with HR records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams during audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll software
- Deep understanding of FLSA, IRS, and Oklahoma state payroll laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
