Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, taxes, and benefits contributions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws and FLSA requirements
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external auditors
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframes
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks, and Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTable)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PHR certification preferred
- Strong understanding of FLSA, FMLA, and Oregon wage regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive confidential information with discretion
- Experience with 401(k) and health benefits administration
