Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing for a small team of employees.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist with annual tax preparation and filing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local Nevada tax regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional, for occasional client meetings).
