Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Manage general ledger entries and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and manage collections.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Communicate with clients regarding account status and billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus).
- Must reside in or near Fort Worth, TX.
