Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs efficiently.
- Cash Handling: Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy.
- Sales & Service: Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch goals.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Operations: Perform daily cash balancing and reconcile the teller drawer.
- Security: Adhere to all bank security policies and safeguard customer information.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous teller or customer service experience is preferred.
- Skills: Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Attributes: Must be reliable, honest, and have a professional appearance.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends or holidays as required.
- Computer: Comfortable using computer terminals and basic software.
