In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling daily transactions and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail banking role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bank-specific software (e.g., FIS, Core Banking Systems).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
