Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer daily and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries, routing them to specialists when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal security policies.
- Perform routine office tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and data entry.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations with high accuracy.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
