Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional front-line service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues with professionalism.
- Product Promotion: Identify customer needs and actively cross-sell our suite of financial products, including savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards.
- Security Compliance: Adhere strictly to all bank security protocols, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Operational Support: Assist with lobby operations, manage the vault, and ensure the branch meets all regulatory compliance standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily settlement records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of cash handling or customer service experience in the financial sector.
- Skills: Strong math skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Requirements: Must successfully pass a background check, credit check, and pre-employment drug screen.
