Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering financial products and services.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily settlements with high precision.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet branch sales targets for loans, credit cards, and investments.
- Adhere to all bank policies, compliance regulations, and security procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus).
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred; teller experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong math skills and the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and a credit check as part of the hiring process.
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekends and holidays.
