As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for facilitating daily transactions and ensuring our clients have a seamless banking experience. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment for growth.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and financial guidance.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions to ensure strict accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts and navigating digital banking platforms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment while adhering to all banking regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Finance or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or banking is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
