Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and financial guidance.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual client needs.
- Assist in the opening and closing of bank branches, ensuring security and operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle large sums of cash with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software (e.g., FIS, TellerView).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict security protocols.
