Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently using the teller system.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional service regarding account inquiries and transactions.
- Balance cash drawers daily and resolve any discrepancies immediately with supervisor approval.
- Cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts, credit cards, and loans, to meet branch goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to strict security and compliance protocols.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts and navigating online banking platforms.
- Collaborate with the branch manager to ensure a positive customer experience and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical accuracy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
