Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval before payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the AP workflow within our ERP system, ensuring timely payments.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing inquiries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of financial documents.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting support.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar administrative finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
