Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekly financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare weekly financial statements and variance reports for management review.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing procedures during the weekend cycle.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (weekend experience preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during the weekend shift.
