- Assist in the development of tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings for clients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client financial data and records.
- Collaborate with senior associates and management to improve departmental processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (experience in tax preparation is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and tax preparation software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines during tax season.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
