Responsibilities
- Manage the Revenue Cycle: Oversee the end-to-end billing process, from invoice generation to payment posting, ensuring timely and accurate collections.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable and general ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Customer Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices and statements to clients while handling inquiries regarding billing errors or payment status.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the finance team to optimize billing workflows and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze billing reports to provide insights into cash flow and outstanding balances.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain high standards of accuracy in data entry.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients.
