As a Night Shift Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial records are accurate and up-to-date, allowing our team to focus on client success during business hours. Responsibilities
- Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Manage payroll processing for the night shift team.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and vendors.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
