Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and account reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification and payment posting.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and adjust journal entries to reflect correct financial standing.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax documentation.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct periodic audits of expense reports and billing cycles to identify discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role (1-3 years required).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
