Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries and general ledger adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month-end close procedures.
- Process payroll and manage time-sensitive financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
