- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems
- Collaborate with auditors during night-shift compliance reviews
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with error reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards
