Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and manage general ledger entries
- Assist in month-end closing processes and audit preparation
- Process payroll and maintain employee expense records
- Monitor financial performance metrics and prepare variance reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
